INTRODUCTION
Carradino Joseph DiLucido, known as Dino to his friends and family, lived a long and amazing life indeed. He passed away six weeks shy of his 98 birthday on December 16th 2014. Joe was born at home in Pawtucket Rhode Island on Feb 1st 1917. He was born at home on Water Street, to Giuseppe and Candida-Chulli DiLucido. Dino-Joe moved to 19 Cleveland St, North Providence, R. I. at 8 years old, where he formed a passion for art. —Joe was baptized at St Joseph Church in Pawtucket. In 1932, he won a scholarship to the R.I. school of Design. Dino was drafted into the army in 1943 and received his military training in Maryland, Virginia, the Carolina's, Georgia, and Florida, before shipping overseas to Europe on the Queen Mary.
